Heads up on renewals: billing is automatic on your renewal date, and renewal charges are non-refundable — refunds are made only in rare exceptions, not for a missed cancellation. Sending us a message here does not cancel a subscription and can't guarantee stopping a renewal in time. If your date is close, cancel on the Billing page first — then write to us about anything else.
