Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the https://arrowvision.live website and all related services (the "Service"), operated by ArrowVision ("ArrowVision," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Ownership, Intellectual Property & Broadcast Rights

All content available through the Service — including but not limited to live and archived video streams, audio, broadcasts, timing and scoring data, telemetry, graphics, text, images, logos, trademarks, and metadata (collectively, the "Content") — is the exclusive property of ArrowVision or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and broadcast law.

ArrowVision retains exclusive worldwide broadcast, streaming, reproduction, and distribution rights to the Content. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. Limited License (Personal Use Only)

ArrowVision grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Service solely for personal, private, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activity (Zero-Tolerance)

Unless expressly authorized in writing by ArrowVision, you may not:

Broadcast, restream, retransmit, or distribute the Service or Content. Record, screen capture, mirror, embed, or reproduce Content. Create clips, highlights, or derivative works. Use the Service for commercial purposes or public exhibition. Display the Service in bars, venues, racetracks, watch parties, or paid events. Circumvent DRM, security features, device limits, or access controls. Share login credentials or allow third-party access.

Any violation constitutes a material breach and may result in termination without refund and legal action.

5. One Stream Per Account

Each subscription permits one (1) concurrent stream per account. You may not stream on more than one device simultaneously or share or resell your account. ArrowVision reserves the right to monitor usage and terminate streams or accounts that exceed authorized use.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

ArrowVision may monitor account activity, device identifiers, IP addresses, and session data to enforce these Terms and prevent misuse. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected or confirmed violations.

7. Commercial Viewing & Venue Use

All access is valid for private, personal viewing only. Commercial or public exhibition requires a separate written licensing agreement with ArrowVision. Unauthorized venue use is strictly prohibited.

8. Subscriptions, Sponsorships & Billing

Subscriptions. ArrowVision offers paid subscription plans that grant access to live and on-demand racing content during the active billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and rate displayed at signup until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize ArrowVision to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the amount displayed at signup, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Sponsorships & Sponsorships. The Service allows fans to direct one-time one-time or recurring sponsorships to specific recipients (drivers, tracks, series, or sanctioning bodies). Sponsorships are charged at the time of purchase. ArrowVision retains a small platform fee; the remainder is paid out to the chosen recipient. Subscription revenue is similarly split with recipients on a per-event basis as configured by ArrowVision and its participating recipients.

Taxes & Currency. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. No Refunds

All charges are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. No refunds will be issued for failure to watch, partial use or unused billing periods, or enforcement/termination due to Terms violations. Sponsorships and sponsorships are non-refundable once paid out to the recipient.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for authorized charges resulting from your subscription or sponsorship. ArrowVision may submit this Agreement, usage records, account data, and access logs as evidence. Improper chargebacks may result in account termination and future purchase bans.

11. Recipient Accounts & Payouts

Drivers, tracks, series, and sanctioning bodies who claim a profile and connect a Stripe account ("Recipients") are eligible to receive revenue shares from subscriptions and donations as described on the Service. Recipients agree separately to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement directly with Stripe. ArrowVision is not the merchant of record for recipient payouts and does not guarantee any minimum amount. Recipients are responsible for their own tax reporting on amounts received.

12. Injunctive Relief & Damages

Unauthorized broadcasting, restreaming, or commercial use causes irreparable harm. You agree that ArrowVision is entitled to immediate injunctive relief without bond, as well as all available damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.

13. Termination

ArrowVision may suspend or terminate access immediately for any violation of these Terms. Provisions relating to ownership, IP protection, enforcement, billing, and liability survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

ArrowVision reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Social Media Policy

This Social Media Policy applies to everyone who interacts with ArrowVision or posts about ArrowVision — including fans and subscribers, and all recipients (drivers, tracks, series, sanctioning bodies, and producers) together with their owners, teams, crew, family members, sponsors, vendors, media, page operators, and content creators (collectively, “Affiliates”). It applies whether you engage with ArrowVision’s official accounts or post about ArrowVision on any third-party, personal, team, fan, or anonymous account.

Respect. All posts, comments, messages, streams, and videos must be respectful. Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, bullying, personal attacks, and spam directed at ArrowVision, its staff, recipients, or other users are prohibited and may result in content removal, blocking, account suspension, loss of payout eligibility, or a permanent ban.

Accuracy. Do not post false or misleading information about ArrowVision, its ownership, staff, recipients, payouts, results, scheduling, or policies. Spreading rumors, misinformation, or unverified claims that damage the reputation of the platform, its people, or its recipients is a violation.

Elevated standard for recipients and Affiliates. Recipients who receive funds through ArrowVision, and their Affiliates, are held to a higher standard. Content that disparages, defames, or harms the reputation of ArrowVision, its ownership, staff, fellow recipients, sponsors, or vendors — posted from personal, team, business, or anonymous accounts — is subject to review and disciplinary action, up to suspension or permanent removal of the profile and forfeiture of undistributed funds. This includes posts, comments, replies, shares, stories, reels, short-form video, livestreams, podcasts, and media interviews.

Anonymous, fake, and secondary accounts. Using anonymous, fake, secondary, or “burner” accounts to post disparaging, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or misleading content about ArrowVision, its ownership, staff, recipients, sponsors, or vendors is a serious violation. If ArrowVision determines that such an account is operated by or connected to a recipient or Affiliate, that person is subject to the full range of action in this policy. Directing or knowingly allowing another person to post violations on your behalf is treated as your own violation. ArrowVision’s determination of account ownership is final.

Photos and video. Personal clips and images from events streamed on ArrowVision may be shared with credit. Professional or commercial use requires prior written permission. Recording, downloading, rebroadcasting, or redistributing ArrowVision streams or VOD, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited. ArrowVision reserves the right to use content captured on the platform for promotional purposes.

Monitoring and enforcement. ArrowVision monitors public mentions and content related to the platform, its events, its recipients, and its personnel. Content deemed harmful, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise in violation may be documented, reported to the relevant platform, and result in content removal, account suspension or termination, loss of payout eligibility, forfeiture of undistributed funds, and permanent bans. Enforcement decisions rest solely with ArrowVision, and severity is determined by ArrowVision; repeated or egregious violations escalate.
