Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 4, 2026
ArrowVision ("ArrowVision," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://arrowvision.live (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to: name, email address, postal address, account credentials, and billing details (excluding full payment card numbers). For recipients (drivers, tracks, series, sanctioning bodies) we additionally collect verification information, payout details, and tax identification as required to disburse earnings. This information is used to operate the Service, process payments and payouts, communicate with you, and improve functionality.
Payment & Payout Information (Stripe)
Payments and recipient payouts are processed by Stripe and Stripe Connect, a third-party payment processor. ArrowVision does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process billing and identity-verification information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Recipients who connect a Stripe account for payouts agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement directly with Stripe.
Automatically Collected Data
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, pages viewed and interaction data, session timestamps, and diagnostic and usage data. This information is used for analytics, security, anti-fraud, and performance optimization.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, improve performance, and analyze usage patterns. You may disable cookies via browser settings, but doing so may limit certain Service features.
Analytics & Performance Tools
We may use analytics services (including internal analytics and similar tools) to understand how the Service is accessed and used. These tools process data according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process subscriptions, donations, and recipient payouts; calculate and attribute revenue shares to drivers, tracks, series, and sanctioning bodies; prevent fraud and misuse; communicate account and service updates; respond to support requests; and improve content, features, and reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Public Earnings Transparency
ArrowVision publishes aggregate and recipient-level earnings figures (the amounts each driver, track, series, sanctioning body, or producer has earned) on our public Earnings page. Payer identities — who paid, when, and for what — are never exposed. Recipients consent to public display of their own earned totals as a condition of receiving payouts through the Service.
Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications. Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time using the unsubscribe link. Transactional and service notices may still be sent.
Legal Compliance & Disclosure
We may disclose personal information when required to comply with law, subpoena, or court order; enforce our Terms of Use; protect ArrowVision, our users, partners, or intellectual property; or prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
Data Security
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
State Privacy Rights (United States)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain privacy rights, including the right to request access to personal data we hold, request correction or deletion, opt out of certain data processing, and limit use of sensitive personal information.
We honor applicable rights under: California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA).

Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.
Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. ArrowVision is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. Review their policies before providing information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
